The forewing length of the female is approximately 14 mm. The tails on the hindwings are long. The upper side of the wings is dark brown, while the underside is dark grayish brown. On the underside of both forewings and hindwings, a white band is bordered with darker black markings. In the middle of the hindwing underside, there is a W-shaped white line. Just inside the outer margin, a reddish-orange band is bordered on the inner side by black spots.
