Hi Jadam,  I am having problems with maggots destroying my Cabbage.  We have had 16 inches of rain in 3 weeks, which is our anual rainfall.  We put some organic material into the garden before we planted.  Maybe that was a mistake.  T Now our cabbage is dying when we pull out the plants there are maggots on the roots.  I tried putting the rains are now stopping.   All purpose Pesticide on the soil 2 days in a row.  For the Herbal JHS I made it our of garlic and perpermint as Ginko is not available.  Do you have any suggestions what can be done?  Thank You
