Altari radish is one of the most difficult crops to grow organically due to frequent pest and disease outbreaks.

However, we have been successfully cultivating Yeolmu in open fields every year using the JADAM method.

Every year, we turn it into delicious organic Altari Kimchi. Kimchi is a living food- a masterpiece of healthy microbes. We make kimchi not only because it’s delicious, but also because it preserves the vegetables for months.
