Mr. Ryu gave only base fertilizer and sprayed twice. However, he's still expecting a good harvest of organic peppers. He says it's important to set a reasonable yield goal for your field. If your aim is too big, you will abuse fertilizer and thereby invite pests.

Create an environment that most closely resembles nature. Grow weeds with the peppers. Get out of the illusion that you can farm as it were maths or chemistry.
