The landscape fabric allows air and water to pass through and prevents the soil from becoming hot due to sunlight. Frequent use of JMS makes soil faster. The fermented compost is sprayed onto the surface of the soil 20days before planing that crop. The landscape fabric is rated to last in the 20-year range if properly installed and maintained.
