Woosung Lee has been farming for 16 years and producing various kind of crops. He sells his product through direct dealing, and joint marketing with Goesan Soil Lover Agricultural Association where is made up with 35 farmers from Gammul-myeon, Goesan. Being an organic farmer is difficult not only due to pest control but also finding a market to sell their products. However, Mr. Lee has steady income due to direct dealing and joint marketing. He became a guiding star to other organic farmers. 
  Mr. Lee joined Goesan Soil Lover Agricultural Association 15 years ago. His 80% of crops has been selling through the direct dealing and 20% has been through the association. The association was made 16 years ago to find market together. It started with small number of farmers but now they have 35 members. All of the members are organic farmers and they has been cooperative shipping their product to Consumer cooperative. Unlike Mr. Lee, most of the association members sell their products to the Consumer cooperative.
  It is very rare to see 35 famers sell their organic crops together through the association. Not only, It is difficult to find many organic farmers in one region but also it is hard to make a group like association with them. Goesan Soil Lover Agricultural Association said, "We kept plugging away for 16 years and here we are.". They tried to help each other, especially toward the beginners. The beginners had one to one class and it cultivated spirit of cooperation. Isn't it better to work together than work alone?
