After the finish of harvest of citrus in mid-January, winter pest control begins in mid-March in about every 15 days. For 500ℓ, Mr. An uses JWA 8ℓ and JS 4ℓ which is quite strong. In May, when the tree flowers, he weakens the solution and continues pest control until early October. Aphids and mites can be controlled by sunchoke and ginkgo JNP.

Oleander is common in Jeju, however, Mr. An found that sunchoke and ginkgo were more effective in aphids and mites control. He uses about 15 L of sunchoke + ginkgo JHS in making 1,000 L of JNP.
