8 acres of Mr. Park's field is expected to produce over 60 tons of yuzu fruits. This is almost double that of the previous year.

Normally, marketable fruits are around 80%, but this year's melanose disease dropped that slightly. The disease could be controlled with Jadam natural fungicide if it had been used on a critical day - which Mr. Park missed.

However, such high yield came as a pleasant surprise; made possible by over 20 years of cover crop cultivation and no-tillage.
