i have 200 L drum. For making JLF, I have added 100L water and rest rotten fruits and veges also their peels, plant residues and leaves i.e. anything which is not cooked.

1) Do you recommend adding salt into this?

2) And if yes then how much?

3) If yes, then if i take out some of that ready JLF for use, after filling up water again into that drum do i need to add salt again and what shold be the salt amount?
