Flowering problems

Hello Sir,

Currently in my area the rain is very strong. The flowers on my chilli plants are having difficulties and problems sticking to the trees. Many of the flowers keep falling, causing less fruits on my trees. Any advise you can give to ensure the flowers remain intact on the trees?
