IPMO( indigenous parasitic micro organism) and JMS

Hi Jadam,
IPMO is used to cultivate antagonist micro organism which is used as parasite pesticide. They cook dead grass hopper with rice.If we use dead grass hoppers with boiled potato, sea water and leafmold soil to JMS, then can we make pesticide like a IPMO?
