JLF application and concern

Hi everyone! I have JLF that I have been brewing for over a year now and I have continually added scraps from the garden like potatoes and foliage etc. It seems to be in great shape, but I started wondering if things like botulism toxin were of concern. If I accidentally spray/pour JLF on fruits or leafy greens how long should I wait to harvest them safely? I want to make sure I am feeding my plants and soil while keeping my family healthy.
