JWA with sunflower is not working... what am I doing wrong???

Hi,

I tried twice to make JWA, one time with rain water and the other with distiled water, and sunflower oil. Both times it got milky, dense and viscous. Not liquid as I saw in the JADAM videos.

What could I be doing wrong?
