85% Potassium Hydroxide JWA

Hello Sir. I used 85% Potassium Hydroxide but I still used the same measurements and procedure for 90% Potassium Hydroxide. After aging 3 days My JWA is now soft like Vaseline. Is it still good to use?? How can I fix it?
