Neem oil based JWA

Hi Jadam team,
What is the amount of pottasium hydroxide and neem oil to make neem oil based JWA? I used 160g potassium hydroxide and 900ml neem oil to make 5L JWA. but suddenly it was hardned and couldn't get mayonese.
