Dilution ratio in Jadam book page tables

in the book "ORGANIC FARMING JADAM" I find these tables in the various preparations but I don't understand how to calculate the dilution ratio.
In the attached photo I show one of the many tables. Wonder what does 20 and 300 mean? 20 jlf and 300 water?
