Using JMS to fix herbicide damage

I am reading the JADAM book and it seems to me that JMS can be used to "fix" soil that has been heavily poisoned with herbicides and bad pesticides. Is this true? Would I use the 5 JMS applications to the soil without being diulted? How long would it take for the JMS to reverse the effects of the herbicides and bad pesticides?
