Hello,
Sir I have made jwa before 24H for the first time.
When checking the solution after 24h I noticed it turned thick as you mentioned looking as butter.
Should I add water or wait for 2 days to pass on?
Is there a risk of over aging that would deteriorate the quality if I let it age for two more days?
