i had a problem with jadam sulfur build

2.5kg sulfur
2kg of NAOH
first water (soft water) 5 kg
final water : 3.2 kg.
After the process was finished, I saw that the sulfur was not fully dissolved. Where could I have made a mistake?
Do you think the Js I have made will be used?
