Compost inoculation with JMS

I cultivate about 3 acres of eggplant and it seems costly to apply cattle manure compost on all the land before we cultivate. What we do is create planting holes and fill with the composted manure before we plant. Can we inoculate the manure compost pile at a lower dilution of JMS (x10) before applying to our beds ahead of our transplant time? What recommendations can you give?
