JMS 1:10 Dilution

In a previous question you instructed 50L JMS with 500L water for .025 acres of soil with plants. It also says 1:10 can be used with the first additional fertilizer in the book.

However, in the English JADAM group on Facebook your son Sungwoo has instructed 1:10 dilution will damage plants.

Can you please clarify JMS dilution with plants in soil?
