Sharing JADAM

What are you taught about compost extract, it is very poplular these day. Its is done by adding a descent amount of compost to a bucket and with a plaster mixing drill mixed for about 2 minutes. Then strained, dilluated and applied. According to the microscopic view the nutrient are present in solutuion without any damages. Would this fit in with JADAM methods and does it have any benifits?
