Hello JADAM Team. I do JHS boiled with chillies and ginger and then add a 15 or 20% alcohol to preserve it. My questions are: with 20% of alcohol, same dose that normal JHS? and, do these two ingredients have to boil for 5 hours like ginko or is it too long and they will lose properties? Thank you for the answers, as always.
