Top-Up of JMS Question

Thank you Mr. Cho and family. I have made your JMS in 200L container in August last year. It worked excellent. I have tested it on a pumpkin and the pumpkin produced 18 pumpkins of one plant. However a haelstorm destroyed the plants and winter is setting in now. But I was using it as a spray once every 3 weeks or so. I still have about 100L left and was wondering whether I could just top up that bin with another 100L water and half the salt and potatoe.
