JWA+JHS+Hard water

Hello friends. I have a good JHS (chilli ginger garlic alcohol) and a good JWA (made with distilled water). The problem is that, at the moment, it is impossible for me to make a water softener to fill the sulphate tank. What I can do? Any guidance to adjust dosages? In my case, with hard water, would it be better to apply only JHS without using JWA? Thank you very much.
