Irrigating JMS after JS

I have irrigated 1liter of JS for an acre. As you said sulfur would kill microbes in the soil, so my questions would be

1. After how many days can we irrigate JMS once we irrigated the JS into the soil?
2. Do irrigating JS would kill bad bacteria, virus and fungus in the soil?
3. Do irrigating JS into the soil is necessary or not?
