Is this nutrient deficiency or disease?

My papaya plants are look like the picture i have attached. I have been irrigating 200liters of jms and 10kg of sea salt every week.

Also sprayed 10liters of jwa and 1.5liters of js with 490 liters of water.

Is this enough to fix the problem? Is this a nutrient deficiency or disease break out.
