How to control virus breakout in open papaya farm field of an acre?.

Steps i did was

1. Iriggated 200liters of JMS couple of times in 7 days interval.
2. Sprayed 500ml of JS to contain virus spread.

but still the papaya plants doesn't show and recovery and i would like your help to to recover.
