Bubble Spray Nozzle - How to make or buy? Jeongki Kwon’s design

So in the 2nd edition on page 332, it shows a Bubble Spray Nozzle that Jeongki Kwon of Icheon developed, are there any videos showing how to make this? Or anywhere to buy it or the parts?

I really need to find a foaming or bubble nozzle or wand to spray out 100L of pesticide at a time over 1/8th acre. And maybe just a regular spray nozzle will work but Ias is mentioned in the book on that page, foaming is much more effective. And I need all the help I can get to fight this heavy pressure of stink bugs and more.
