anyone found a treatment for Colorado potato beetles?

Colorado potato beetles (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) are destroying my potato crop every year. JWA is not working. I have also sprinkled some diatomaceous earth on the leaves and it seems to slow down the larva but not stop them from feeding. Has anyone successfully won the battle against a large infestation of Colorado potato beetles with JADAM methods? Ginkgo is not available to me. I am in North America.
