Is 90percent sulfur possible for making JS

I ordered the sulfur from your guys ingredients link to amazon. The description says 99.9 percent pure sulfur, but when it finally arrived it was 90 percent. Apperently the description was not accurate and I was now woundering if I could somehow make the 90 percent sulfur work? It is yellowjacket organic wettable sulfur 90 percent. Also you may want to change your amazon link for sulfur due to what they send not being what is pictured or described. Thank you
