Can I use JWA and JHS on Cannabis when the plants are in flower?

Is it Ok to use JWA and JHS (Jerusalem Artichoke) on Cannabis plants when they are in the flowering stage? The cannabis plants are about half way through flower (30-45 days before harvest).
