A thrips is a small insect with a body size of 0.5 to 10 mm. It mainly lays eggs in petals or leaf tissue, and eats pollen, leaf flesh, and juice to damage crops. The period of adult stage is about 30-45 days, but since 150-300 eggs are laid during that time, if control is not successful at that time, it can cause great damage to crops.
 

Although thrips are considered to be difficult to control, even with chemical pesticides, JADAM has found a method with a high control effect after research. Unlike other bugs, thrips need to be observed for 3 hours after spraying the pesticide. As time passes, few of thrips might start to move again.  However, it is confirmed that the JADAM natural pesicide which is mixed with JWA, NaOH, red clay and JS can maintain the control effect even 4 hours passed after applied (You can see the video).
