Blossom end rot-WSC

Every season i amend the soil with a product called nutrient pack by build a soil, it comes packed with many yummy things for my plants but some years i get bad blossom end rot - normally ill take some crab meal and work it into the top of my soil but i dont have any access to it for about a week and each day im losing fruit.

My cherry tomato's are yellowing bad i gave them enough nitrogen i think theyre stressed(pic included)

Onto my question
I have a bottle of WSC and last night i put 1:1000 in a spray bottle and just spritzed the leaves all over at night time. One plant looks a little better but i found about a half dozen tomatoes with end rot and my serrano peppers are starting to look like the tomato’s

Can i use WSC everyday? I do have a pump backpack sprayer i will use instead of a spray bottle or should i apply via soil drench? If im not seeing results how much can i bump the amount of wsc in 1000ml water up?
