Coconut Water vs Salt for JMS

Hallo Mr. Cho, I'm from Indonesian.
You have answered my question on youtube about coconut water as a substitute for salt in making JMS. I want to explain to other farmers. Why is coconut water not suitable as a substitute for salt? Your answer really helped me convince the farmers in making JMS. Thank you for your support.

    In addition to the use of JMS. I've seen farmers make compost.
    In the pile of organic matter, microorganisms from JMS and EM4 were added simultaneously, in this case the microorganisms were cultured on EM4 using brown sugar or molasses media.

    My question is what do you think about this?

    Your answer really helped me in explaining to the farmers, if the addition of microorganisms from EM4 with molasses or brown sugar media is not suitable for composting.
