The damage is not from aphids

The damage you see in the pictures are not from aphids. The plants are 100% healthy I sprayed them with JWA and the next day this is what they look like.

When I touch the leaves they felt really thick and soapy. I’m thinking the solution is too thick. I’m not sure the cars that’s why I’m asking? Would you recommend watering down the solution? How can you test JWA A to make sure it was formulated properly? as I’m feeling the solution it feels really thick and oily.
