Bokashi JLF

Hello!   I am wondering, after learning about JLF and all the different varieties you can make, what about using Bokashi?  Has it been done? Why or why not?  In my cold climate in Wisconsin, USA, bokashi is a great way to compost our kitchen waste through the winter saving up five gallon buckets.  Since it is now spring and bokashi has been fermenting for a while, I thought of making a JLF since it is inoculated with many Microorganisms already and it's going into another anerobic environment along with leaf mold soil and sea salt.   I feel it could be a great closed loop system especially for the Urban Garden?   Thoughts?            Thank you again for all that you do!

Bokashi would also be effective. However, we do not prefer this as it is a method that we must rely on to buy. We use leaf mold soil that is readily available around the world. The leaf mold soil around you is a microbial community optimized for the local environment. It exerts great power.

Can I use the leaf mold soil in place of the bokashi bran? Or do you recommend putting kitchen waste directly into the compost?
