Why papaya plants are dying?

My papaya plants are dying and I am irrigating JMS but still upto 5 plants are dying every week. What is the disease and how to control it?

    I don't know the name of the disease. JMS irrigation alone does not prevent leaf necrosis.
    Based on 20L, JS 60ml + JWA 500ml is recommended. The water must be soft water. thank you.
