Curled leaves in Chilly plants

It's been 2 weeks since we have transplanted the saplings to the ground.

My chilly plant leaves are getting curled. How do we remedy this?

Kindly advise.

    I'm not good at making decisions. I also see leaves like this sometimes, but new normal leaves have appeared.
