Buenas tardes, estoy empezando en el mundo de jadam y he leído en sus libros que se puede freír algunas aromáticas en el aceite utilizado en el jwa y así obtienes un jwa con propiedades insecticida o repelente, pero no tiene muy detallado el procedimiento, así que me surgen las siguientes preguntas
1- cuánta cantidad de hierbas hay que echar
2- cuanto tiempo hay que estar friendolo
3- se puede freír la raíz de la alcachofa de Jerusalén

    Agrega las hierbas al aceite hasta que estén completamente sumergidas y sofríe hasta que se pongan negras.
