Root watering system

I noticed that the city is installing some sort of root watering system. Now you said on your lecture that soil below 2” is anaerobic. What is the reason for installing this method?

    Even in Korea, orchard farmers once laid out hoses like this because they thought it was good to aerate the soil, but now they rarely do it. I don't think there is a need for such a device. When you have a lot of confusing thoughts, you can find the answer by looking at agriculture in nature.
