JADAM solution for mole control ?

Hello, in the book Pest and Disease Control you mention that with JS, JWA and JHS is possible to control the presence of moles. how can I apply the solution? on the holes that moles create? on the soil like normal irrigation? how often?

    If you continuously use JHS made from ginkgo nuts as a pesticide with JWA, moles will be controlled by the effect of spraying it on the soil.
