Understanding quality of JMS

Hi JADAM team,
It seems that many JADAM enthusiasts struggle to understand if JMS they made is good quality.
JADAM lecture 5 states:The more microbes in the solution, the more effective it is.
So how can we tell when our JMS has a lot of microbes? The original JADAM book has answers:
When JMS reaches peak in its foam, that is when there is the highest number of microorganisms present.
At the peak-bubble period, the number of microorganisms reaches 1 billion per 1 ml.
It is important to use the JMS at peak-bubble period because when there is little foam the number of microbes are more than 10,000 times smaller.
Microorganism is all about battle of numbers. To defeat soil pathogens, you need numbers to fight them. Always use JMS at its peak-bubble period.

When foam is at its peak, forming a pizza-like layer, cultivation is completed.
When foam is at its most vigorous and the edges of the disc are clear, it is time for use.
As microbes start to die, the circular shape of foam will start to crumble and bubbles will die down.If you are just one day late, the edges will crumble and the microbes will die, so it is useless as JMS.
In addition to that, the official "How to cultivate JADAM Microorganism Solution" video states that when microbial propagation is active, the edge between the circle of foam and the ring of clear water around the foam is sharp, and blurring indicates significant slowdown and that microbial growth has entered a stage of die-down. Observe the edges to judge when to use JMS.
Even after pondering on the explanation above for a long time, I am still not sure if I mastered making JMS.
So I uploaded some photos. On the first photo is just a regular JMS that I make during whole season. On the second photo is JMS with some blended wild grass submerged in a stainless steel mesh container. Third photo is borrowed from this website for comparison, on that one you can see the perfect JMS made by Youngsang Cho himself sometimes after 2013. The last photo pictures the tank that was used to make large amounts of JMS at JADAM farm in Daejeon until last year.
I have some questions.
1. Does my JMS seem to have significantly fewer microbes than JMS made by the President of JADAM? If so, how can you tell?
2. The large blue rectangular tank on the last photo has a narrow mouth. It seems to be impossible to observe edges of foam in it. How can one know when JMS in that tank reaches peak?
Thank you! Apologies for the long inquires.

Your microbiological culture also went very well.

I also tried various methods of microbiological I tried to culture it, but there are often cases where the circle is not formed well. I think it would be better to judge it by the overall amount of foam.

It is difficult to see the circle in the 1-ton blue container I use. I looked at the amount of foam that is visible. I understand. If you culture microorganisms many times, you will be able to get a feel for it.
