Malformed zucchini fruits

Hi JADAM team,

I've been growing this variety of zucchini using the JADAM method for the last 7 years.
This year, plants look great as always, but many fruits have an odd shape, and some fruits are tiny.
Please see the attached photo.
What can be the cause of this problem?

    This often happens when the fertilization is not perfect. To prevent this, artificial pollination is done by picking male flowers and shaking them on female flowers.
