JMS - Optimum level

Hi Jadam team,
Jadam book is mentioned that optimum of microbes in jms can be identified when bubles are reduced without feeds for them. But after I applied jms, I found some amount of potato in bottom. I am confusing about this. Please clarify me.

    It is good to boil potatoes and grind them finely with a mixer. Then, the potatoes will not sink to the bottom.
