I live in the Azores islands, I believe JS and JWA could benefit these islands a lot, so I thought I could make some to sell to local farmers.
I know you have a Korean patent so I'm not sure if this is even allowed, so I thought I could just ask you about it instead of paying thousands of € to a lawyer to make a "Freedom to operate analysis".
Do you allow me to make and sell JS and JWA here in Portugal?
I'm just a person, I work for myself and I'm not tied to any company other than my personal company.
I developed JWA and JS, and disclosed the manufacturing method through a book without patenting it. And we recommend making and using it yourself for ultra-low-cost farming. I hope you make the same effort. Depending on the situation, you may be able to sell it. However, the JADAM name cannot be used. It is trademarked internationally.
