fighting mildew on grapes

Hello master. With the information you have given, I have not used any pesticides so far. It's raining in my area right now. downy mildew I apply 10 liters of jwa 500cc js to 500 liters of water. As a result, burns occur on young leaves. In this case, if I reduce js 300cc, will I take precautions against mildew?
my question is:
1- Is it suitable for 10 liters jwa 300 cc js 500 liters when mold and powdery mildew are required?

2- Is it beneficial to repeat the leaf jms application at 20-day intervals?

3- Do I take any precautions when using 12 liters of jwa in 500 liters of water for cluster moth larvae?

    I am also working in a vineyard and I was wondering if the jadam sulfur worked for you? I am battling downy mildew and black rot.
