make microbial fertilizer from burnt goat manure?

hello master. I put 100 g of boiled potatoes and 100 g of processed goat manure in 5 liters of water. It became like this after 24 hours at room temperature at 23 degrees. Do you think my process will be useful for my crops? thank you for your comments

    Microbial culture worked well. It is very beneficial to crops when applied periodically to the soil. Dilute more than 10 times before use.
