use goat manure as a liquid fertilizer ?

Is it possible to use goat manure as a liquid fertilizer similar to human manure?
Or would it be better to spread them like compost? I will spread them directly on the ground without any treatment.

    Yes. Available. You can dilute it 20 times or more and spray it without any treatment.
