Using NaOH instead of JHS

Can we use NaOH instead of JHS to control white flies, aphids, mealybugs? If so how much kg of NaOH should be used for 500lit of pesticides along with JWS?

    Yes. Available. 1~1.5kg of NaOH is used.
    Put it in about 500ml of water and shake it to dissolve it and add it.
